Pros

Everything!!! The training is fantastic, they teach you everything you need to know and adapt to the way that you learn personally. The pay is awesome, they really set obtainable goals for you to reach and make good money. The managers are the best!! They really work with you, give amazing advice. There are always Spiffs going on, to motivate you and help you hit your personal goal. And finally, the whole energy of the office is probably the best thing! Everyone encourages everyone, there are awards all the time and every time you get a big deal an email goes out and everyone is excited for you.

Cons

I would have to say the only con I have with this job is the traffic after work.

Fragmented, dishonest business with no vision.

Ok hours. If you sell a lot they don't care what you say or do.

Cons

Zero respect for clients and employees needs and concerns. Dishonest, pushy sales techniques. Over priced, underperforming products that lack any real innovation. Overall slimy environment.

- Big market and strong vision - “Your listing, your lead” - Good camaraderie between reps - Food at the cafeteria

Cons

- Comp is misaligned (no real incentive to retain accounts). Migrated accounts from previous reps leads to a negative impact on earnings - High cancellations, low transparency from leadership - Leadership feels reactive, not stable
