      Pay could be more competitive but they make up for in flexibility and by creating a positive working environment.

      Competitive Pay - Great Work Life Balance

      Pros

      The pay is very competitive for the area. There is an excellent work life balance. The atmosphere when in the office is very relaxed because everyone knows the goals we are working toward. Managers help employees take advantage of the growth potential available within the company.

      Cons

      Some of the health plan options are really lacking.
