Pros

The training is amazing. The management truly wants you to succeed, they give you the time and attention and all the tools you need to be successful in Sales. This is the first company I have worked for that puts their employees first. It's nice to work for a company who truly cares about your success! The pay structure is set so you can make great money with no caps on commissions. When the pandemic hit the first thing management thought about was our safety. They purchased laptops for every single employee and allowed us to work from home.

Cons

I can't think of a single downside to working for Homes.com

Pros

I have been working at Homes.com since January of this year. I will say Homes.com is a great place to work. As a Sales person I like that I have 6 figure potential and renewals. What I really like is that I dont feel micromanaged at all and am free to work my day, even though there is plenty of support when I need it. There is also a fair base pay that is increased by performance. I have a good 401K that matches up to 4% after the first year. From what I can see the medical and dental is good with little coming out of my paycheck. My biggest compliment for Homes.com has been their business operations during Covid 19 from the employee perspective. I personally was only an employee for a little over 2 months when everyone was sent home due to the virus. I am sure most companies would have laid me off but Homes.com purchased us all company laptops and let us all work at home even when some of us were very new to the organization. In fact some employees were so new that they barely started training were paid full time while being trained at home, some with little sales experience. Lastly I will say Homes.com seems to have the most patience with new sales people that I have ever seen at a sales organization. I might say too much patience. I would like to also commend how Homes.com has rewarded hard work even when a few employees were not a perfect fit. Instead of letting them go they found another department for them to excel in.

Cons

None that I have seen

Pros

You can ask literally almost anyone for help and they will actually help you with anything from sales to fixing your email inbox. Also at a time when Covid-19 hit the hardest Homes.co got rid of minimum quotas to ensure that everyone had jobs and bought everyone laptops so that they could work from home.

Cons

Every once in a while the air conditioning in the entire building goes out. That is about it.
