Pros

I have worked a variety of sales job over the years and this is hands down the best environment I have ever been in. The company is amazing, the atmosphere is not like any sales floor I have been on. Usually it is cut throat, two weeks of training and then may the odds be in your favor hunger games type deal. Not here. Every manager and upper manager cares about the reps and will bust their back to help you. The commission structure gives a lot of room to make very good money on top of solid base pay. I have a lot of coworkers who move up in the company so there is definitely room for growth. The managers are amazing and I am glad to have met them. If you come in wanting to learn and have a good work ethic, you will love it here. People who come and go often are used to hourly jobs that do not require a lot of effort. You get into a job what you put in and this company is amazing.

Cons

A lot of this job is outbound calling so come in with thick skin lol

Pros

They have an amazing training program that makes it so that you do not feel pressured to produce right off the bat. The Managers have all worked on the sales floor. So, they truly understand how the business works, and how best to help you when you need it. In addition all of the top producers are open to helping you out, and showing you what works best for them. You are encouraged to sell the way that feels most comfortable to you, and they promote creativity and exploration. When it comes to the pay the commission structure is very obtainable and fair. There is a lot of opportunity to make solid money here. In addition, the spiffs that they run are actually good and something worth putting in the effort for. The last Major pro is that if you get off work at 3:30 so you can beat the majority of the traffic here in San Diego.

Cons

There are a lot of products to learn, and it can be a bit confusing at first. It is not an open floor concept and you work in cubicles (they are bigger than the normal ones. So, you don't feel claustrophobic but you are also not isolated). Mainly cold calling agents. You will get actual hot leads once you have been with the company. However, you primarily cold call.
