      Pros

      Amazing managers who truly care and have your back. Can't speak highly enough about the Managers. They are genuinely good people with integrity who do what they can to support you and help you succeed. Your income earned is completely up to you and you can make great money. Fun office environment and culture. Its rare to have such a positive and collaborative/supportive sales floor. Fun spiffs and company competitions with great prizes.

      Cons

      You have to do the work--the not so fun work which can be tedious. There are always downs and ups with sales. It's all a mental game. You toughen up fast at this job and quickly learn to use strong language in order to produce results. The language we use creates our outcomes. This is a great lesson to learn and place to learn it.

      This is THE Best Job EVAR!!!

      Pros

      Understanding, caring, wonderful staff and management. Lots of opportunity to move up. Lots of opportunity for bonuses/spiffs/contests. Full benefits. Opportunities for paid time off, outside of vacation. Security is on point. I feel safe here. This is my home. It is literally my vacation away from the 4 kids at home!

      Cons

      The only con you'll experience is if this job isn't for you. It's not for everyone. You have to be DRIVEN.

      Pros

      I have worked here for 2 going on 3 years. I love my job and company. Homes.com has constantly been developing me for more than just what I was originally hired for. This company allows your basically to make your own paycheck, so if you are motivated the sky is the limit. The management team is stellar and extremely knowledgeable as well as designing a personal plan for your growth in this company.

      Cons

      If you are NOT motivated and do not want to achieve your maximum potential then this might not be the job for you.
