      Pros

      The work atmosphere and your co workers make the day so much fun! On top of being surrounded by great people, you are very busy, as Homeside is growing leaps and bounds. There is never a dull moment. You truly feel appreciated as part of the team at Homeside! Management makes you feel comfortable and confident in your position and goals.

      Cons

      Not really any- but if I had to be picky...it would be nice if the operations team would be included in the contest the sales team gets. I understand this company is sales driven but behind the scenes there are a lot of hard working individuals.

      Pros

      Homeside makes me feel like I am not just a number -- I feel like I am valued in this company. Everyone who works at Homeside gives 100% to make sure loans get closed on time, every time, and that the customer is happy! I love being surrounded by people like that!

      Cons

      I wish Homeside was based out of Charlotte so I could see everyone more often!
