      There is a lot to learn about the mortgage industry but that is a good thing because our team helps us learn more every everyday.

      Pros

      Homeside is an awesome place to work. The atmosphere is very professional but fun at the same time. Everyone has the same goal to help the company grow and make it a better place to work. The leadership at the company really knows what they are doing and are committed to making it the best place to work in Columbus. The compensation is very competitive and the leads provided are excellent. The transition and on boarding process is handled very well and makes starting at a new company very easy.

      Cons

      With any new company, the branding of the company needs to improve. This is a main focus of the company for 2015 and beyond. The 401k match could also be a little better, but this will improve as the company grows in the future

      The inviroment is so great! Everyone in all offices are so pleasant! I managed hotels for 10 years before I came to Homeside and every day I am so glad I did. The level of professionalism and knowledge here is unmatched. Homeside truly is a fantastic place to work and a fantastic company to work with.
