      Pros

      Homeside Financial wants it's employees to succeed both personally and professionally and it shows in the way they treat and train us. The culture and environment set the stage for a great work experience every day and the pay allows you to enjoy life outside of work as well. There are ample opportunities for growth with multiple development channels available. Company leadership is approachable and competent. They instill confidence in the rest of the company that they are steering the ship in the right direction. In a more industry specific sense the product selection is diverse and meets the needs of today's homeowners while the in house processing and underwriting departments work alongside the loan officers as team members.

      As with any company experiencing rapid growth and expansion there have been small "growing pains" as systems are updated and improved

      Pros

      Positive/ energetic atmosphere, plenty of opportunity, incredible bonus opportunity, surrounded with top producers, phenomenal operations and support team, horizontal totem pole aspect to management. We have a lot of fun every day and we make a difference with all of our customers.

      Cons

      I wish they contributed a bit more to the 401K.

      Pros

      I joined Homeside early in its creation and worked through its challenging start and early kinks. This allowed me to observe the character and dedication of the leaders of the company first hand. The company has clearly defined goals and the management is active in working towards them. This close nit atmosphere paired with rapid growth allows for individuals specific talents to be matched with new opportunities. Managements commitment and the opportunity for growth make Homeside an exciting place to work!
