They will not pay you what you’re supposed to get payed. They did cut the commission so you’re making minimum wage. The website is horrible meaning you can search for a specific appliance and it will give you every other appliance that you didn’t ask nor search for. Corporate will move you to other locations without giving you notice. I can go on but I’ll stop here. I worked for this company 7 years and they don’t do anything for employees unless it benefits them. They cut our commission to give a pay raise to the store managers.

-No Training -No Organization -Poor management -Poor Incentives -No Growth Opportunity -The Company Will Refuse to Pay You if They Feel Like It -You Will Never Get a Raise But Will Constantly Get "Promotions" -Added Work with No Additional Compensation -Constant Policy Changes -No Time for Vacation -The Company Will Expect Your Life in Return for Employment -All Problems Will Become Your Problems -The Manager Will Push As Much of Their Work Over To You -Team Player = Always Taking One for The Team -Instead of Raises, You Get Provided Lunch Once a Month! -Manager is Never Available -You Will Not Matter -You Cannot Take Breaks -It is Preferred That You Clock Out for Lunch But Continue Working -If You Need Anything, Expect it to Get Done in 3-5 Business Weeks -Get Used to Coming in Early and Working Open to Close
