Pros

Honor is aggressively focused on a good workplace culture. They have a solid foundation of values and commitments that are used as measurements and guides every step of the way. If you are interested in making an impact and growing, there are lots of opportunities for professional development and growth. Honor is open to change and is seeking opportunities to be both a better place to work and to improve the core business model. They are investing heavily in both. They are invested in having a hybrid workplace for those employees that can do so.

Cons

As a mid-size company, there is only so much room for advancement in roles, responsibilities, etc.

Pros

Benefits, pay, flexibility, community engagement, member impact, continued growth and future core conversion is a huge improvement. The overall culture that Honor aims for is something to be admired but it is not present in every department.

Cons

There are specific people in leadership that make a bigger impact because of their toxicity, lack of integrity and never following through on what they say. An entire department can be struggling with low morale and division among team members because of a micromanaging boss with unprofessional and inappropriate tendencies and the ones that reach out to senior management or HR for help are used as scapegoats to push the bigger agenda, that it’s the bosses way or no way. It’s turned what was once a great place to work with a positive culture into an absolute nightmare.
