Pros

Making a difference in how senior home care is provided. Constantly seeking ways to improve my performance so our care professionals can do their best out in the field. The company mission is to improve home health care, and create a positive experience for both our clients and our care professionals while keeping everyone safe during this pandemic. Our app truly makes the caregiving experience easier for the client, family, and our care professionals.

Cons

Like other companies working remotely, we're striving to stay in touch with our teams while practicing social distancing.

Pros

Amazing people. A diverse team of folks who are smart, kind, high-performing, and genuinely passionate about Honor's mission. Good culture and values: leadership makes the right decisions for the right reasons. Important mission: truly meaningful work that's modernizing an industry.

Cons

Home care is an incredibly challenging business with many human variables. Communication between teams could be more open and more frequent. The work can be demanding, and the pace is fast. So Honor is not a good fit for everyone.
