Pros

Egoless team with amazing values and the drive to change an industry. Leadership is transparent and embedded into company culture and day-to-day.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons. Honor is a place of passion and ownership for your path, some company cultures don't allow for this, so this can be quite the adjustment coming in.

Pros

They do care about you, and put a lot into your career- if you show an effort. Our leadership truly cares about our mission and the work we do. The open door policy with leadership is amazing. Tons of benefits- I.e lunch catered daily, unlimited snack/drinks- tons of company events to bond Never have a worked for a company that understands and respects mental health struggles more than honor!

Cons

it is a start up, so if you are not good with change and going along with new work flows- find a more established company.

Pros

Start-up energy, very transparent and open, free food in office, work that feels rewarding and important

Cons

Start-up energy, sometimes a bit chaotic, lay-offs make sense when they happen but cause job insecurity for a lot of employees

Thanks for your feedback! Things certainly move quickly in an organization like ours where we are trying to solve big problems and make an impact, and it's great to see that the work feels rewarding and important to you. We appreciate your understanding when we've unfortunately had to do layoffs, and we are optimistic about our future and the team we have in place to take us there.
