      Pros

      Experienced and thoughtful leadership team. Focused on what matters. Building the organization for the long haul not just a quick exit. The rank and file team is full of big brains and big hearts. Really good people. Great opportunity to make a living and also make a difference in the lives of seniors needing care and the care professionals (care givers) providing the care.

      Cons

      Not your traditional tech company. A human services company with a strong tech component. Could also be viewed as a pro.
