Pros

People here are really talented. It's in soma. The mission is really grand. It's good to work on something that really makes society better

Cons

I've been moved around 3 times since I joined a year ago. The office is cramped, there are never any meeting rooms available. Pay is really low unless you work for the new strategy team. Even more people are getting crammed into an already unusable office. Nobody seems to celebrate milestones or accomplishments.

Pros

- great mission - company direction very stable - talented and driven coworkers - hard problems to work on - founders are the type of people you'd follow anywhere - respectful work environment

Cons

- can be pretty difficult to understand all of the moving pieces or stay updated on the rest of the company - compensation lower than big companies

Pros

Met and worked with some of the smartest, most talented people and enjoyed the collaboration and good work we were doing.

Cons

Changes in senior leadership over the last few years stripped the company of any heart or soul. Majority of current execs do not care about their teams or their people. They don’t see value in creating or maintaining a positive culture and do not care about the toll of constantly changing strategy or increasing workloads. The message to employees isn’t empathetic or appreciative - people are told if they can’t handle it, they can leave or be fired. The company’s mission is amazing but it’s been lost and replaced by a singular focus on profit.
