Pros

Convenient quick scheduling app. Make your own schedule Lovely clients Choose your location

Cons

Unprofessional HR mixing multiple agencies with different policies and inconsistency. I was “let go” because of a family emergency conflict with schedule

Pros

The flexible schedules, 401-K enrollment and rideshare assistance were the upsides

Cons

And here are the downsides: -Their health and dental insurance are way too expensive. -They don't help you out when you are grieving for a former client after requesting counseling information -They would mandate mask wearing even though clients preferred to see your face plus it is unconstitutional and we are non medical workers so masks should had been a choice between the client and the visiting care pro -They don't pay the caregivers like they deserve considering they are working with people struggling with mental illnesses, memory and physical challenges -They don't give enough sick time considering all types of homes, pets and patients we do come in contact with -Their short term disability insurance is not even enough to pay your rent -They don't offer courses nor pay for your CPR renewal card and TB test -They won't pay for your CNA certificate -They don't offer classes about memory care -There are no opportunities for advancement -No raises -You can't talk with other care pros who help the same client you help. It's important that care pros chat with each other because that other care pro may know something important about the client that you don't know. -They don't provide enough factual and relevant information about the clients -They should be sending 2 caregivers for clients with mobility problems that need help transferring when the client weighs more than 200 lbs, is uncooperative and refuses a gait belt, but they don't -They don't keep client profiles up to date -They can't always provide the help to clients that need it most -They have favoritism with clients and the families -They have a shortage of customer service reps -Communication between carepros and management needs improvement -And they don't have the decency to call you about discussing your performance stats. They send you text message instead which is unprofessional.
