Pros

- People change hats often and easily, so experience can be gained easily - If you do not know, you have the space to look up the answer

Cons

- People in the roles may not know what they are doing - Power is based on popularity somewhat more than actual performance

Just Don't

Pros

remote decent health insurance regular overtime options

Cons

This place doesn't care about you and they dont even try to pretend they care about you. This company funnels an outrageous amount of earnings to the top few percent while the bulk of the work lies on the care/market teams. Responsibilities for regional associates have grown outrageously in the last year and wages remain right in line with a Starbucks barista. The RA team seems to be complete throwaway roles for this company as they pile a majority of the responsibility/accountability onto their plates while letting the remainder of the company coast by on lower expectations and higher wages (which, to be clear.... are still grossly below what a company like this should be paying). They don't care. Management here is a train wreck. They don't know what they want, roll out new initiatives every week which constantly contradict other initiatives, and regional managers are out of touch. They will go on and on about how there's so much opportunity for growth, but there is very little actual internal movement since management positions are few and locked in long term.

Pros

Orientation sounds so forthcoming and promising to Honor one another and it’s clients and caregivers. It sounds like a dream come true.

Cons

Policies and rules are merely for some and not for others.Honor knows perfectly well what psychological games and physical games they are playing with their employees. They just obviously don’t care.Honor can pull you career consistency at the drop of a hat and they will not hesitate to do so.
