Thanks for sharing your thoughts about working at Honor. We're working to bring innovation to the home care industry and fundamentally change the way society cares for older adults; that sometimes means testing and learning, adapting our approach, and trying new things as we move our mission forward. It's an important reminder that in our fast-paced environment, we need to always take time to ensure that our team clearly understands our vision and their role in the important work we're doing. Thank you again for sharing this valuable feedback.

Don’t work at Homor

Pros

The clients you get to work with.

Cons

No work and only get over time if they want to give it to you. If you want to starve work for Honor. You can go weeks without no jobs on the board app. When there is jobs and you go out and apply for them you don’t hear back from them ninety percent of the time. If you don’t want to starve and and pay your bills fine another place to work.

We’re sorry to read about your experience as a Care Pro. As the heart and soul of our business, we take input from Care Pros seriously, and invite you to reach out to us personally at (415) 300-1347to discuss your experience. While we are committed to providing consistent schedules to our Care Pros, the nature of our business limits our ability to set the exact same schedule each week. If expectations changed in a way that prevented you from taking on a shift or having the opportunity to pick up additional shifts, we would appreciate the chance to speak with you directly at the phone number listed above to better understand the situation. We continue to focus our efforts on improving the transparency and openness of our work environment. Our team is dedicated to supporting our Care Pros 24/7 and improving the way we communicate and engage with our workforce. Again, we’d appreciate the chance to speak with you and to understand your situation in greater detail. Please use the number above to connect with us directly.
