Pros

Great company culture, reasonable upward mobility and little to no scope creep.

Cons

Floor managers are often young and inexperienced. This occasionally led to communication breakdowns and unnecessary haste resulting in low quality work. I believe this was also a contributing factor in turnover.

Pros

transition from Home Instead franchise to Honor went pretty smoothly and I was able to keep my previous clients. The app worked well also to find more hours. Customer Care was always very helpful and prompt. If a client cancelled within 24 hours, I would still get paid, an on call shift for that shift and day. which happened a few times, no fault to anyone. just life happens when people need care and their care needs change.

Cons

no raises that I can remember. Although I think starting at 17.00 or 17.50 to start was decent. I believe the job requires more pay, but not with the price they have to charge the client. I had already been with previous company 6 months at the take over and so my time investment with the new company HONOR had to get to 6 mo again in order for me to participate in benefits.
