      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees. Management doesn't not listen to the employees. I worked at John C Lincoln for 11 years. The first 6 years John C Lincoln was an amazing company. Management actually cared about the employees. After Premier came to the company. Jobs were cuts nurses took on more patient and employees. It became more about money and less about patient care and less about employees.

      Pros

      Benefits. Coworkers. Earn PTO quickly. Hours worked well with my hectic schedule.

      Cons

      "Organizational chaos" with the branding of Scottsdale Healthcare and John C. Lincoln. High turn over rate in most departments, which equals low moral. Management is more concerned with the patient satisfaction surveys than their own staff. Seems that there isn't a day that goes by that you aren't short staffed. Gets frustrating! Yes, you earn PTO quickly, but finding someone to work for you is nearly impossible.
