The Leadership is abysmal. Too much cronyism from the top down. Management spends too much time in meetings looking for solutions to problems when the answer is in the mirror. Lack of respect for staff resulting in very low morale. Inability to get equipment due to attempts to keep budget low only results in poor work. Things have only gone from bad to worse since merging with John C. Lincoln.

Absolute revolving door. Department of 10 had 12 turnovers in a year. The competent are worked to death the lazy and incomplete are praised and promoted. The systems are arcane. Management has lots meetings and ideas but zero plan or foresight. I wouldn't let these bozos run my lemonade stand let alone care for myself or a loved one with a medical issue!
