Pros

Insurance They pay for your school

Cons

They have a tendency to keep lazy workers. There was a joke that you could blow up Scottsdale Healthcare and still not get fired.

Pros

Depends upon job, but if you report to a reasonable supervisor, can have flexibility in scheduling. Tuition reimbursement. Co-workers generally supportive and work hard.

Cons

Leadership seems to be in an identity crisis. They have lost touch with company mission and values. Overall, morale declining since merger.
