Good atmosphere, great coworkers, expectation for quality services. The Ct's make it very rewarding.

Cons

Hours can be difficult if you have kids and live an hour or more away from the clinic. Pay is hourly and Ct based.

Terrible upperhead management. Very not organized and seems to make rules along as they go on.
