Poor onboarding experience. Disorganized company

Many of the people there are great. Everyone is on the same page about company culture being terrible though. It’s nice to work with great people when management is so terrible.

Cons

The interview experience was pretty terrible and disorganized over all. The woman who interviewed me was very abrasive and dominated most of the conversation selling Hopebridge to me. The interview process seemed disorganized and awkward. The overall onboarding experience was questionable. Nothing seemed to be prepared or structured. Working for hopebridge was on par with my initial experience. Everything is disorganized and management is a disaster. There are no real “perks” of working at the company. Overall it’s pretty boot-legged.

Hopebridge is a great place to work! Candidate experience is great! The lady I spoke with so nice, even had me more excited about Hopebridge after speaking with her! Great growing company! Hopebridge provides a great services to kids. Could ask for more out of an company, with great work hours, benefits, and vacation time!

Cons

I don’t have anything to say negative about Hopebridge! They are great with family work life balance, couldn’t ask for more!

Senior-level executives told me that they promise bonuses in an employment contract, but "will NEVER actually pay any type of bonus."
