Pros
What the company sets out to do - to serve children and their families - is a great service that is needed.
Cons
The company does NOT follow through or care to follow up. Bonuses are promised in the contract, but upper management specifically told me (a recruiter) to promise bonuses, however big people ask for, to get people to join. "The company has no intention of paying bonuses. They have never paid them and don't plan to. " Straight from the executive's mouth!!!! There is no communication between departments. Everyone can do their job which is great, but without communication, no department can actually succeed or even plan since they don't know anything. Upper management creates gossip and causes tension. HR is virtually nonexistent and is the root of all tension and gossip in the office! HR gives vague answers when someone is actually at the office, which is like 2x per week max! When someone is working in the HR department, they are rude and if you are lucky enough to get to speak with someone, you will always get an answer that will lead to a major issue- PTO, insurance, raises, overtime, etc. The entire HR department is a huge mess!
