Poor communication/ Lack of hours

Pros

The culture has seemed very positive so far. Working with the students is extremely rewarding and I really like my supervising BCBA.

Cons

Lack of communication and hours. I worked extremely hard and was rushed through training and rushed into taking the exam. The hours and communication make me realize why they have so much turn over. Don't get me wrong it's a great place to work when you're scheduled.
