Pros

Proactive on everchanging insurance issues. Beautiful new clinics. Facilities department is ALWAYS helpful. Being able to help so many families in need.

Cons

The communication between home office and clinics had improved but has been awful for the last few months. Changes are made so quickly and not rolled out effectively then CM's have to clean up the mess. They've taken away our finances to be able to reward our staff. No more events that cost money allowed either. Lots of CM's are looking for other jobs.

Pros

Got to meet and train a lot of great RBTs. Helping families.

Cons

High turnover rates for RBTs and center managers/coordinators. Hire people unqualified to run a center. No accountability. Regional leaders leave a lot to be desired. Barely any support.
