The kiddos are amazing, learning the little angels was the best part

Cons

The center manager and the other guy are really condescending, everyone clicks up, everyone thinks they’re the “best” when literally no one knows what they’re doing, you don’t get the hours you need, they switch your schedule randomly, the training shouldn’t even be called training,

Good Place to Learn!

Pros

- Supportive BCBAs to learn from - Fun kiddos to work/play with - Lots of great learning/practice opportunities (Fieldwork hours) - Supportive center managers - Good co-workers in ABA field - Good location, 10 minutes from my home and my child's daycare *Overall, everything was fun and good when I was employed at the location. I appreciated the learning opportunities I received from my BCBAs supervisors.

Cons

- Only 15 minutes break - Lower pay, compared to other ABA companies in the same area - No security cameras in the building (for safety purposes) Overall, work experience at Hopebridge will base on how the clinic is being operated. Although not all of them could be satisfied for all workers, not all of them are awful as well.
