The people that I work with are great.

Cons

Many teams are understaffed. This leads to projects taking longer and being implemented before thoroughly finishing necessary tasks. Things that should take months to do are taking years to figure out.

This organization is exceptional. I have never been part of a culture where DEI and employee well being are genuine cornerstones and are seen, heard, and felt on a daily basis. The training program was unlike any I've been a part of, it was very comprehensive, well directed, and completely organized. I have tremendous respect for the mission, values, and execution at Horace Mann.
