Pros

Starting with 3 weeks of vacation is nice, making improvements slowly, lots of team building activities and friendly coworkers

Cons

Performance reviews are inconsistent, management decisions are questionable, poor use of resources, you wont be working with the brightest people, and living in Springfield is a real bore!

Pros

Decent vacation and 401k. Salary rate isn't bad for Springfield. Some managers are okay. If you are a star employee you can get decent treatment, otherwise you are treated as totally replaceable.

Cons

Incompetent upper management. No cooperation between business units. Upper management changing their mind on direction every couple of months. No follow through. Company want you to be loyal to them but is not loyal in return. Upper management came in and replaced almost all other management and it has went down hill from there. With new managment it is all about stock price. The CO would set you on fire if they thought it would rave the stock price.
