When you work very hard to build a client base, it is extremely frustrating when the company constantly creates problems with policies and has poor home office customer service. No matter how hard I worked to provide great service to my clients, the processing part always was a problem. The company is very behind in their methods and it became embarrassing to represent such a poorly run company. The management would not even respond to call or emails about important case issues or client complaints.

Senior management thinks that those beneath them are worthless. They do not treat employees with respect and dignity. I think there is a lot of race and weight discrimination there. All-in-all, a horrible place to work. They like to hire recent college grads cheaply and churn right through them. Turnover is very high. Everyone left in the claims office is either extremely close to retirement (and waiting it out until then) or just got hired, not a lot of in between.
