NONE ! Was a great company felt like a family, not longer!

Cons

Too many to mention, horrible software and management Worst compensation and unrealistic production requirements. Auto and homeowner rate are not competitive and over half of agents don't make over 50-75 per year. Never work for a captive agent company go independent !
