Great company with a lot of potential

Pros

Great manager and team of supervisors and team leads who work tirelessly everyday to support the success of the sales team. The company isn’t flashy sending out merch and spending excessive money, which I can appreciate after experiencing the other side of the coin. Solid company with a start up environment feel so plenty of development opportunity and ability to build something you’re proud of. The reps are super friendly and supportive and are always willing to dig in and get their hands dirty to help out with training support or projects.

Cons

It’s an older company with a lot of old systems that are frustrating to use on a daily basis for the reps. Not impossible but there’s definitely a huge learning curve in training and you must be comfortable multitasking and at times troubleshooting while using multiple systems.

Pros

Great teams to work with, benefits are ok, Agents seem to really love what they do and help educators.

Cons

Pay could be better, senior leadership is constantly changing. Lots of ideas are made at high level, but when it comes time to act, it is obvious not a lot of input from those who will be handling the projects had input.
