Pros

you have to learn to change every three months

Cons

The company has lost its way. They are unbale to make a decision of any kind and stick with it. They will tell agents one thing and then they will make changes within a month or 2 to make it better for the company and worse for the agent. The rates are constantly going up, which makes its very difficult to write new business.

Pros

Everyone is nice (Midwest nice), WFH. You won’t get fired because they desperately need you.

Cons

It’s just like every other call center you’ve ever worked in. Non stop calls, micromanaged to the point you have to schedule bathroom breaks and if you take longer than 3 minutes to finish up after a call you’ll get a message, insane metrics, low pay compared to industry average. You’ll be asked to cross train to other lines of business with empty promises of higher pay. The worst of all— they have like 40 different systems you’re expected to work in, all with different passwords and everything works out of Outlook somehow. This company is stuck in the 80’s and you’ll be doing 3x the work just because everything is so outdated.

Pros

-Good mission , values, doing business for a good cause. -Financially stable -Bonus payout was comparable to average in industry.

Cons

-Very conservative and narrow mindsets of leadership. -Leaders don't walk the talk. -Company needs to get really better at creating and supporting good culture, diversity and be inclusive. -Pay is far below market standards -Outdated and very old IT technologies, office infrastructure, IT assets. -Company needs to invest more in building better leaders, promote people into leadership role who truly holds the leadership core values, integrity, trust, Respect instead of promoting star performance in leadership roles. Being a star performer does not mean that person will also be a good leader and is suitable candidate for management roles. -Poor teamwork between leaders of different areas. -Train leaders to have empathy, show kindness and respect to others especially contingent workers. -Empower employees and leaders -Most importantly train leaders to have clear vision, expectations from various roles including individual contributors and management roles. -Gender diversity within the same teams.
