Long history with good employee retention. Many people in management here have been with the company 20+ years. It has a very close, family-like feeling.

Cons

With the acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines by Alaska Air Group. Horizon and its employees are pushed further down the line for company-wide benefits.

VERY low pay, well below the average. You will live in poverty and get no support from anyone at the company. When you leave the company they will NOT even give you an airline ticket back home. They leave you stranded and take your last paycheck leaving you without funds to purchase a ticket.
