Pros

the flight benefits, the number One Perc of this job. The Ground Agents, A tight crew making it happen. 401k match is good, and would be a lot better if hourly pay were higher.

Cons

Pay...Top out is weak for 10years of service. Members of Leadership can be totaly unreasonable, and incompetent, Human Resources nightmare. Lots of Politics and brown noseing for advancements, Hard work only goes so far here.

Pros

Free flights, some departments can work from home, fellow employees are for the most part good, decent people. The rank and file is a good reason to work at Horizon.

Cons

Seniority is not important to the company and in some areas has no bearing on who gets holidays off or prime schedules, The effect on employees when it comes to business rules and changes is seldom considered. The bottom of the rung employees have no union representation so the company uses that to do as they wish, any attempt to organize has always been met with swift response.

Cons

- Limited advancement - Bureaucratic attendance policies - Uncompromising schedules - Uniforms ill-fit for all inclement weather - Often understaffed
