Overall it's a great experience with lots of great people to work around.

The people are great to work with and we're not such a large airline that it makes it feel more like working for family than working for a corporation.

Cons

It's hard to guage where we'll end up in a few years and it sucks not having that confident feeling of the direction management is taking us.
