Medical benefit is ok. Travel benefit is ok, but who wants to leisure travel when work has you on the road 220 days a year?

Cons

Pay is below cost of living for the Puget Sound region. Management at all levels does not seem to like employees ('I can fire you for that', and 'your pay is above market' is a common tag line). Family is last of importance to this company. They'd rather you leave your child on the curb than leave work on time to fulfill your parental duty. Finally, management has no compass, ethically or otherwise. There is no future vision.

Flight Benefits, and Healthcare Benefits are very good

Cons

No value is given to senior employees or the experience they bring to their positions. Work schedules are bad, no value is placed on employee opinions, management often has no idea how hard their employees work or what it takes to get the job done. Many policies are made to fit a "paper plan" and not the real work place world.

Not a place to make a career.

If you needed specific experience in Q400 aircraft, a couple years simply for that might not be bad.

Cons

Worked for 2.5 years and now being furloughed. No chances to realistically move up. Management seems to care little about the quality anymore. Heavy check being outsourced. Benefits fairly average.
