      flight benefits, nice people in management

      1st year or time on reserve is hell on earth, flight benefits you'll never use or use to travel but you can only afford to stay at hostels

      Pros

      The people who work in the Anchorage base are the best. I noticed a sense of community because it's a small base.

      Cons

      The company is really rough to work for. It's worse pay and a worse schedule than a mainline, because it's regional. I'd recommend going for a mainline.
