1: Job is (for the most part) fun to do 2: Great management 3: Many career opportunities 4: Travel benefits (among others) …and plenty of other things, but those are the main ones.

Cons

1: Very strict about attendance, but if you can be on time it’s not a problem 2: Scheduling is seniority based, which can have some downsides if you’re new but it’s just one of those things in the airline industry Not really anything else I can think of.
