The training and work itself pushes you to achieve great personal growth and is very fulfilling. You become an emergency & customer service expert and get to visit exciting new places at work & while traveling on your own time using the fabulous flight benefits.

Cons

The irregular schedule and laser sharp focus needed on this job is challenging but throughout the training we were given advice how to navigate it all.
