Excellent senior management. Great financial performance for last several years. Growth over last few years is impressive. Good bonus opportunities, Good overall benefit program.

Cons

Always a lot of work...not as much time dedicated to training but that was supposed to be addressed in 2014. Mergers place a burden on current staff but the growth is important.

Great, talented, dedicated, experienced executive management. Focused upon increasing sales each year for 20 years. Good so far in year 13.

Cons

Sales skills take a higher priority and your other activities receive less notice. Want people stressed at the magical point where they are driven but not overwhelmed. Older workers seem to retire before the normal retirement age.
