Staff love the clients Has a beautiful mission

The ELT is a bunch of snakes trying to eat each other. HR does not support anyone and will flat out lie to hold the company line. They couldn’t recruit before the great resignation. It’s sad because most of Horizon employees are attempting to support the clients and the ELT games prevents success because of their own clicks. Horizon is a behavioral health company but doesn’t care about employees mental health. Turn over is sky high and the ELT gave a $100 bonus to employees who worked during Covid after the CEO bragged about how Horizon had millions in the bank.
