CEO is a great leader with vast experience working with BH/MH issues. No nonsense personality, but communicates well with employees.

Cons

Low pay, but getting better at recognizing where changes need to occur. In fairness, accrual of vacation time is very good. Options to advance depend heavily on education specialties for many specialized/MH direct service positions.
