Everyone at HH is dedicated and passionate about the industry. There are so many wonderful opportunities to learn and grow as a professional.

Cons

The industry changed significantly as brick and mortar retailers have been challenged by online sales channels. HH has a long road ahead to align with that new business model.

Pros

Most of the people are great. Horizon Hobby has some of the most amazing employees of any company I've ever worked for.

Cons

Upper management is clueless about what the hobby community actually wants. Executive management pressures product development to release products that end up being inferior because they want the revenue. Short term gains are more important to Executive management than really great products.
