      A great place to work till it wasn't

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, Excellent Perks and rewards, top of the line PTO, great coworkers, a hobby experience like no other.

      Cons

      Management has no plan, flies by the seat of their pants and then shifts. They do not pay Product Support representatives the average, do not let glassdoor fool you with the average pay. there is no one who makes $21+ an hour, in fact I don't think anyone touches $20 an hour regardless how long they have been with the company. They do surveys but nothing changes or gets done. They do not like remote employees and no longer hire remotely.

      Good, positive culture, great co-workers. Fun atmosphere dealing with hobby products.

      Cons

      Tough industry - where overseas suppliers became competitors. Bad dynamics between B2B and B2C channels.
