The culture is unique from a lot of companies I know of and it stems from the founder and his desire to be different from other companies in all the right ways. There's a wealth of really great people who've been there a long time that helps perpetuate the "Horizon" culture.

Cons

Shifts in executive leadership are causing a shift away from the "Horizon" culture towards being "just another company" and not in any of the right ways...

Cons

Wish they had the product development air team in a warmer client. Gets cold out in IL during the winter.

Cons

No cons whatsoever. Possibly only that they went back into the office part time instead of staying fully remote.
