Great products and the potential of being great.

Cons

Disappointing levels of reactive thinking and a complete lack of a proactive mentality. Poor choices by all levels of management. Constant broken promises to get more work out of the employees that care. I don't know one of our team that still feels motivated. Yet we are all ask to do more. We all feel the place will collapse any moment. I have been given more responsibility with the promise of more pay twice now. And no more pay has ever materialized. This place is a land of broken promises and the Customers and Employees all pay the price.

Wonderful coworkers and products, fun employee activities, and mostly laid back work atmosphere.

Cons

Upper management is poor and it trickles down to middle management. Years of service is NOT valued at this company the pay over time is NOT competitive. I had worked under several different managers who kept being cycled out, the good ones did ones leave after 5-10 years. After my 10 years of service, there was not exit interview, no questions about my thoughts or reasons for leaving.
