Thank you for submitting a review on Glassdoor, and thank you for your 8+ years of service with Horizon. We are glad you think highly of our people and our products! We hope all employees accept and even embrace change like you espouse, but it is sometimes difficult to get a whole organization on the same page and moving at the same time. In some instances, we may make a decision and later receive new information that causes us to pause and reevaluate. Other times we try something new, and find the results do not meet our business objectives to the extent we had intended. Growth is achieved not by sticking with the tried and true all of the time, but from being willing to try new things and develop in new and interesting ways. Some times we will temporarily stumble, but a fall is not a fail--we analyze what went well and what didn't, and learn from those experiments. It is a continuing, on-going process. With that said, it is important to empower our people to speak up, be entrusted to execute on their portion of a plan, and add their contributions in the most meaningful way. Over time, those principles result in success, which for Horizon and our consumers is RC fun! We appreciate your review. Best of luck in the future!

Our support team is second to none in the hobby industry, and we appreciate you helping our consumers maximize their experience with our products. We have repeatedly evaluated our weekend support hours, and continue to find that our limited hours on Saturday and Sunday are valued by our consumers. While some issues may need to wait until other departments are available during the normal work week, many customers can and do receive the assistance they need directly from the Product Support team. Your suggestion about giving advance information of new products will be shared with management. Thanks again for the review, and for your contributions to Horizon!
