9yI'm sorry the circumstances of your departure from Horizon have so negatively impacted your opinion of the company you worked for over the past 10+ years. However, it is inaccurate to say that "most" people were let go over the past three years. The fact is 78% of our workforce has been with Horizon for three or more years. We have had several retirements in the past year or two of people who worked for Horizon for 25+ years. We are proud of the longevity of our employees' service with the company.
Not every employment relationship ends on a happy note, which is regrettable, but that is reality in any company. We wish you the best of luck going forward, and thank you for your many years of contributions to Horizon.
