Pros

This is a large and functional company that trains you well. They have a global brand and you might learn a few things.

Cons

Their financial success is not trickling down to their factory employees and factory management who work excessively long hours. There is always a promise of good things to come, but they rarely do.

Pros

Job stability, company well known in the industry.

Cons

Avoid production areas. Long hours, and poor compensation when total time is considered. No special perks to production management while other areas get lots of perks. Language barriers with the line is a challenge while upper management makes no attempt to train.

Pros

As long as you take care of your area you will have some independence and freedom. The pay is ok and the training is about one week per year.

Cons

The work load keeps going up at an alarming rate. To many levels of management and to much of a disconnect from the top down. So much that even middle management can not tell the boss how things really work.
